All events refundable booking and security fee. Paid upon booking. This fee will block dates. Refundable upon all event guest depart on time, no damage and clean up and take left over food and any glass bottles at departure. No ash or smoking around pool or inside. Trash picked up off the grounds into trash bins, no flammables, no byob or coolers. Guest list and vendor list required for rsvp and register online is free service at booking.
