- Rental Deliveries - 12:00 - 2:00 pm / Delivery & set up.
- Rehearsal - 4:00 - 6:00 pm. / Wedding party, officiant.
- Rehearsal Dinner - 5:30 - 8:00 pm / Wedding party, officiant.
- Saturday September 18, 2021
- Arrival of Bride & Groom -12:30 - 2:30 pm. (check - in)
- Arrival of Vendors, Wedding Party, Event Staff - 2:00 - 3:00 pm. (check - in)
- Arrival of rsvp Bride & Groom Guests - 3:30 - 4:30 pm (check - in) Enjoy cocktail - "Something Borrowed"
- Stop Traffic for start of ceremony - 4:30 pm
- Cocktail Hour: 5:30 - 6:30 Allow wedding party to get photo shoots.
- Cocktail's & Appetizer's - 5:30 - 6:30 pm (Guest find a seat, enjoy cocktails and of passing appetizers.)
- Reception: 6:30 - 10:00
- Newly Weds Entrance: 6:45 - 7:00 pm (Guest please take a seat and await entrance of Newlyweds)
- First Dances: 7:00 - 7:30 pm
- Dinner Served: 7:30 pm - Chef Chrissy & staff. (Guest go to buffet line to get served by chef.)
- Cake cutting & champagne toast: 8:30 pm - (Guest go to in-door bar to get served chamapange flute.)
- After party: 9:00 - 10:00 (dancing)
- Last call: 9:45
- Celebrate Newly weds & Send offs: 10:00 (Guest gather at front lawn with bubbles)
- Guest Depart: 10:15 - 10:30
- Honey moon suite: 10:00 pm -10:00 am Newly weds
- Venue Closed: 11:00 pm
