Weddings - $2320 (after $500 rebate) $23.20pp after 100g. 

Non Alcohol / Minor Events - $1870 (after $500 rebate) Baby Showers, Sweet "16", Prom, Graduation, other. $18.70pp after 100g.

Reunions - $2950 - (after $500 rebate) $29.50pp after 100g

General Admission - $4000 (after $500 rebate) $40pp  after 100g. 

FULL DAY VENUE  RENTAL =

 10 hrs (11:30 am - 9:30 pm) 100g, More hours may be purchased at booking.  ie; after hours.

ADMISSION PRICING:

Min. Price per person $40. Max count by request.

Event Host must sign liability release and remain on premises during event. 

Ie; Flyers, Social media, Event-Brite, Pre sale, selling anything to any guest, etc. 

Min: $ / PAID IN ADVANCE TO VENUE /Price Subject to Increase or decrease based on Event Type: Concert, fund raiser, etc

Clayton County Police required & Provided. Outside Event only. Wash station provided. Outdoor Portable bathroom x2 provided. Tables & Chairs up to 100g. Pool umbrellas provided. 

SEASON POOL MEMBERSHIP: $120pp

  Mon-Wed. 2:30 - 6:30.  Package comes with one person /  Season pass / not for event use.

 Purchase must be  a group  of 4 or more. Adult must chaperone children 18 and younger. No  alcohol or food at the pool at any time.  

Season Ends: Oct. 31, 2020
